ok I've been working for some time and do the exercises suggested for abdominal and stuff, but I can not seem to get rid of my love handles or abdominal belly but I feel real results visually, how can I lose fat and see the muscle tone?

You may still have some fat, which is not unusual for women. If you make a few changes in lifestyle to be able to lose some weight within a reasonable time.
