What get’s measured, gets done; and with butt kicking results
Hey Gang,
Good to be back in the flow after some fun and interesting times over an extended holiday. Refreshed and still in one piece, one of my goals is to give you some depth of content throughout the world of Auto Racing Fitness and Peak performance. Like I said on many occasions, I couldn't cover it all if I wanted to. In fitness, we are all a family of people challenging convention and competing. The competition makes us all better. Racers Workout is a big part of the mix out there. It is my blueprint for maximizing your results on and off that track. I have 20 plus years of intense trial and error training the best in the sport behind it. The feedback from racers has been tremendous. To stand out: I definitely tried to be simple and to the point and make sure that our customer service and satisfaction beat the tar out of any one on the internet or off it. But we aren't done and the whole thing is a journey towards maximum results for the worlds greatest athletes: competitive motor sport racers.

Tennis captured the imagination of the average sports fan, taking the sport to greater heights due to the competition between John McEnroe and Bjorn Borg 30 years ago. Competition made them better and raised the collective enjoyment for spectators.

Let's find the common threads in the approach of all our competitors and get better collectively for our clients, users, and fans. The glory of competition.
Brushing with the broadest possible brush, I generally look for principles or common threads in other's teachings that I like. When something strikes me, I will talk about here in the Auto Racers Workout Magazine. Let's go with this first: the most effective Auto Racers Fitness plans are demanding their clients carefully keep track of their results. Then they are setting goals with every exercise to do just a little bit better than the last. Keeping the records enables them to know exactly what they need to do to improve the next time. By the end of a 2 month or more cycle, the results will blow people's minds.
Promise me two things when you do Racers Workout:
You will follow the program to the letter AND you will write everything down about each exercise you do. Things like: How much weight you used, how your form felt, how many you did, whether you should use less weight the next time. It all matters and it all adds up. Then try to do 1 rep better next time. What get's measured, gets done. What doesn't gets lousy results. Like a lot of concepts that pack a wallop, this one will literally transform your workouts and results. Do it.

Roger Bannister didn't start out running the 4 minute mile. He knew it was possible in the face of doubters because he kept track of his times and sought small incremental improvements. These improvements added up to history being made.
