3. Ellipse - The elliptical is a excellent way to increase your heart rate. Make sure you move your arms while you do because the elliptical better performance of your chest.
4. Swimming - I know it's a little awkward like most men with man boobs does not show his upper body in public. However, swimming is really a very good cardiovascular routine to reduce Boobs man, because he works in the breast very well, especially the breaststroke.
These exercises will not eliminate your man boobs completely, but can be an excellent place to start.

Hey. I'm 6'3 340 + lbs and I'm 18, male, freshman year in college. I'm not saying I want to lose weight fast, but before the ultimate goal this year is great.My would look good in the body. Right now I have what is called "man boobs" I assume and large stomach. I will not lie ... I love food, but I'm sick of my old habits and needs aid to try to get my goal of finding the body. Any suggestions / tips / diet or training routines or advice would be great! Thanks so much!
