Those Other Guys: My Bitter Rivals?

Ali, Frazier. Bitter rivals who raised up the sport of boxing to the True Sport of Kings in the 70s.
You all know by now that I am the creator of The Racers Workout. The purpose behind it is just as it states: Make your last lap as strong as your first. I aim to change the fortunes of any Racer who wants to meet me halfway with the sweat effort. Fairly recently, I laid out my background and the story of how I came to this point professionally. If you read it, I hope it gave you more confidence as Racers that I know my stuff and that I came by my knowledge through the hard road of trial and error. Believe it or not, I hope also that it was clearly understood: that I don't know everything about fitness and nutrition. Not even close.
No one possibly could. The fitness world is one large community full of some great ideas and some not so good. What I owe you is the best information and techniques out there to reach your goals. A slick marketing push that trashes the "other guys" just to try to lift Racers Workout up is actually doing just the opposite. It is harmful to my mission and a total shirking of my duty to all of you.

Boris Spassky, Bobby Fisher. The competition raised the quality of their chess to unseen heights.
With that philosophy stuff out of the way, know this much: The law of the Russ Bohaty Racers Workout world is and always will be that if one of my so-called competitors is giving out value and I see it, I am gonna bring it to you and tell you why it is important to our goals. I believe that is what winners do. They compete. They make a case for why they do what they do and it's value. It sharpens, and then they can bring more value. Doing right by my Racers, means 100% total intellectual honesty.
"Beachbody" is the team that brought the successful p90x home workout to the masses. I am a subscriber to their newsletter because they have a lot to say about nutrition that I agree with. More importantly, they have a lot to say about nutrition that I had not considered, but I think is very good for my Racers like you. This was a recent article where they named 9 foods that help you conquer hunger cravings. I hope you'll check it out. I think the foods they mention would make some great snacks for you Racers on race day.

Even these teams are great for each other. Although, getting them to admit it, is a whole other deal.
Don't forget, to drop me a line at my email: Russbohaty@gmail.com and chat me up about how your racing and fitness is coming. I want to hear from you! I am in a giving mood and I want you all to test out some of my favorite aspects of Racers Workout.
