Sweet, Satisfying and Satisfying Desert Recipe for you Racers!

Racers Workout Racers and Students eat well. No Diets!
Hey Everyone,
First let me say that I hope you all have a great weekend. I am checking out advance weather reports for a lot of my Racer friends up north and it is looking not so good. Let's keep our fingers crossed that there won't be any postponing of races.
I wanted to share with you one of my personal favorite satisfying deserts that keeps with our general principles of eating. There's quite a few of you who have my Top Fuel Nutrition Guide. You also might remember a recent article I wrote about the power of eating real foods close to the source. I called them "outer aisle" foods.
This dessert takes those ideas and incorporates them into a very delicious and satisfying dish that I hope you love. A word first on whipped cream. I have gotten frequent questions about whipped cream and my reccommending it in Top Fuel. Let me say that I am not advocating eating whipped cream for every meal. I am advocating making it a base of your desserts and to do so guilt free. I would much rather you eat whipped cream than something boxed with the "light" label from Food Inc.
I call this Mish Mash. Martha Stewart, I am not.

Martha. See you at the track. It's a good thing.
-Load up your bowl with whipped cream (remember to whip it yourself using banana, berries or honey as a sweetener.
-Add in some berries, raisins, almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate pieces, and even toss in a little half a donut or very small sliver of pie if you want to feed that urge
-Throw in a spoonful of Greek Yogurt.
-Mix it all up like you would oatmeal in the morning
Enjoy and don't feel guilty about having a second bowl. The idea is to keep us eating close to the source. Whipped cream is a food that gets beaten to death by big food inc. and the media. The reality is that we want to steer clear of too many processed foods and whipped cream is positive weapon for us. We gotta have dessert. We gotta eat. It's gotta taste good.

Again, I think Racers Workout will absolutely transform the physical performance and results of any Racer or person who commits. But the foundation for any Racer who is driven to succeed in the programis about proper nutrition. The reality that many diet and exercise routines miss is simply that there is a strong correlation between interest, enjoyment and dedication to the program.
