Racers Workout Magazine Shows You Our Resources and a Bright Shiny Future

I always wanted to be more musical and I always wanted to be on the cover of a magazine. Problem is this isn't me, so neither of these things are happening here.
Hey Everyone, I wanted to say thank you again for your tremendous support for our Auto Racers Workout Magazine and the way you are talking up Racers Workout to everyone out there who had never heard of it.. I have been wanting to put together a recap of what we've covered in the Magazine since we started publishing back in March. This has been a great way to reach out to everyone and share resources on all things racing and fitness. It's funny that I am not a writer by trade and came into this knowing next to nothing about the internet, but I find this magazine to be every bit as fulfilling as creating and bringing The Racers Workout to market.
Since it has been fun for me and not like work, I have been pressing the staff to find ways to improve this so that it contains even better content and is even more user friendly for you. We have some big changes ahead that are going to meet both those goals. Basically I am letting them come up with the plans while I give them feedback based on your feedback. Kind of reminds me of that old song by "Whitesnake" where they said "I don't know where I am going, but I sure know where I've been."

"Here I go Again" talking about Racers Workout and the importance of fitness on that race track.
But I actually do know where I am going: giving you tremendous value as a subscriber to the Magazine. That is always my number 1 mission. So where have we been? First, don't forget that you can always look back at the old articles by going to the recent posts section on the right hand side of the home page. You can see the last dozen or so most recent articles.
Well we got going back in March with the press release for The Racers Workout. This was my opportunity to talk about Racers Workout in an official capacity. They made me look better than I am, I must admit. I also talked about what exactly I am saying to my Racers right before the start of a race. I'll tell you right now it wasn't "remember to always use your turn signal on the curves". Then we talked about the simple habit of action as being vital to success. I am living proof that incorrect action is better than no action, especially in business.
I must have been hungry throughout April because I ended March with a discussion about pre race nutrition. I kept talking food, specifically the general vital principles behind my Top Fuel Nutrition Guide from Racers Workout. I tried my hand at recipes later in the month and it is one of the prime reasons I enlisted the health of our resident Sassy Southern Chef Ashley Holman who has helped me tremendously in bringing my Top Fuel Nutrition principles to the table (and making them edible). We also introduced a Racers Workout sample video that you should check out. It features my close friend Travis Rilat of Sprint Car.

May Day, May Day

Sam May Day Malone. (Slider of Death not included.)
In May, we introduced you to Tyler Benson, our Professor and future big time trainer of racers talking about using the power of momentum to become more active and fit fast. Tyler has made some return appearances and has been very popular with the readers. Then we got into the importance of simply getting a good night's sleep and of limiting processed sugars (they are everywhere in our daily diet, but I show you how to avoid them and eat for victory.)
We'll break out the lounger and the fruity drinks for a review of our Summer editions on Monday. Make sure you bring your sun block.
