The Racing World was saddened by the death of IRL Champion Dan Wheldon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday.  I didn't get a chance to talk about this tragedy earlier this week and when I got back to my computer, I was at a loss as far as what to say.  I didn't know Dan personally. But Racing and professions that work with Racers and the fans are all one big family.

We all know this is part of the sport we all know exists but try not to think about. Anytime one of our people has this happen, it touches all of us in someway. Our heart filled prayers are with his family.
