Travis Rilat and Joey Saldana updates
Wanted to let you fans know that Travis is working out after some late season surgery and expects to be 100% for the 2012 season. Joey suffered a host of serious injuries in a crash at a race in July in Ohio. He is planning to be back behind the wheel during this calendar year and is back working out. When he'll return competitively is yet to be determined, but my money is on 2012 being a full season with lots of wins.
Team Carly Q Benefit Get Together

A couple weeks ago we introduced you to LIttle Carly. She is a sweet little girl who enjoying life and love for those around her. She is leading the fight against Progeria. It is one of the rare cases in the world. My friend Mike is a huge Kasey Kahne fan and he alerted me to a special event for Progeria Research coming up next week. Here are the details:

Here is an easy one we can all do that will make a tremendous difference in your health and well-being. It also sets the stage for more intense workouts:
Always look for everyday opportunities to be more physical. Park at the back of the lot at the grocery store, play with your kids or pet, tidy up that garage and throw away some junk for the trash man this week. These things add up and the time you use is well spent. Whenever I start training a new client, the ones that are active and make a point of being active are always better equipped to take on a more formal workout program.
