It's ok to want to look good. In fact I think you should make it a goal.

I don't talk about it a lot in Racers Workout. In fact I doubt I talk about it at all. Today we are going to get into working out to look good. The purpose of Racers Workout is to get you running as hard and fast on that last lap as your first. Of course the working out is called "working" for a reason. We need motivations we can grab onto. I want you to embrace the physical benefits.

Having great looking defined arms is one of those benefits. For men and women alike, this tells the world you are serious about keeping yourself in big time shape.  Bicep Curls of different  types are a focus of Racers Workout and probably any other workout routine that involves weights.  So I say, why not really make it count.

When you are done with a workout that includes biceps. Top it off with a super set.

Here's how it works:

Your goal is 10 reps: Start out with your weight where you have to struggle to get to 10. Then immediately drop down 5 pounds and do another 10. With no rest, drop down another 5 pounds. Then finish with a final set 5 pounds less. This will really give you some ripped guns. For the ladies, this will really reinforce your workout and give you that definition you crave.
