Auto Racers Workout Magazine Brings You True Racing Style

I believe it was ZZ Top who talked about every girl being crazy about a sharp dressed man. Well everyone is crazier about a sharp dressed racer.
Racers and Fans,
I have great news for you. I am not going to do much talking today. We're gonna let the amazing work of Andy Lutz do the talking. He is a custom Helmet Artist from Ohio. I saw his talents and I was in awe. One of the great things about our sport that doesn't get enough attention is how vibrant colorful it is. The different teams with their different brands and the flags in the infield. Andy gives all you racers the opportunity to bring out the invidual passions in you and express them on the track. Here's his Facebook Page if you want to get more information and contact him to get you a custom helmet or two for yourself. I'll stop talking now. See me underneath the pictures.

Russ' Simple to Start Fitness Tip:
Play with different paces and body positions in your exercises. For instance with pushups, do 4 sets. First set do standard width between your hands. 2nd set spread them out further, and slow your pace on the decline to half your usual pace. On the third set, mix fast pace and than super slow. On the fourth set, put your hands really close together and go normal pace. Maybe lift each leg every 5 reps for added core benefit. Workout until max on each and write it down! What get's measured gets done and get's improved. The idea here is to keep the muscles from adapting from repeating the same version of the exercise over and over again. When they adapt, your return on effort diminishes. Variety is key!!
