Motorsports is about tolerances; pushing the limits of team, equipment and racer. Position 1 Fitness has just recently opened the doors to its training and research facility located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, 20 minutes outside of Toronto. This facility is fully equipped for training motorsports athletes and as time goes on improvements and advancements will continue both to the facility and the equipment and technology used.  Highlights of the facility besides the basic and custom fitness equipment include;  a 60 foot strip of turf down the centre for outdoor exercises and equipment during the winter months, ample outdoor space for functional conditioning circuits during the summer, indoor basketball court, and two indoor 50 yard turf fields. This gives P1 the opportunity to training all year round using outdoor equipment with no compromise to weather.  Within the building complex the facility is housed there is also a yoga/ hot yoga studio.
