Ah Summer....... The easiest of all seasons

Auto Racers Fitness Magazine kept working hard for you, so you didn't have to.

Racers,

This is part 2 of the 2-part review of the valuable topics covered in our Auto Racers Fitness Magazine.  Last time we recapped March, April, May.  The idea is to give you the opportunity to more easily find topics you may have missed or might be needing information for right now. This magazine has become my favorite part of the process of reaching my audience.  Racers Workout was my my long-term ambition and I am thrilled with how it turned out. I am even more thrilled by the feedback I am getting from you all. Still the Auto Racing Fitness Magazin you are now reading fits like a glove with what I believe about fitness. That is that great information should be shared and not rationed.  No one owns it and a person who calls themselves a trainer should never shy away from giving away great information.

So onto the topics of most interest in June, July, August of this year. In June we prepared you for summer eating because heaven knows I love Mexican food with a cold one. The question is how do we eat it so that it isn't destroying our nutrition plan?  Tyler Benson came back and gave us an insider's view about the path to becoming a trainer for racers.   Answer these questions honestly to know whether  you'll get the most out of Racers Workout.

Later in the month we answered the question: "What is the most beneficial exercise in the Racers Workout?"  Can't say enough good things about Yoga (yeah you read that right) for Racers.  The often overlooked and essential exercise of taking action, making mistakes and learning from them.  June concluded a month with tons of mental mastery and champions attitude discussions talking about how all success begins in our minds

.

July was running hot with Tyler Benson reinforcing the basics of Top Fuel Nutrition. I discussed a simple back exercise that will strengthen your core area and prevent low back problems common to Racers.  Why Racers Workout? and Why do Racers need to work out?   We also talked about strengthening the neck with a great exercise that doesn't require weights. We round things out by listing the distinct advantages of working out according to the Racers Workout plan.

We start off August where I like to come back to often, more ideas on eating right for maximum energy and performance.  We step outside of the conventional box and get input from readers on what works for them. Adding weight and mass advice for a Racer that is too thin.  While we're at it, what should I be looking for with supplements?  More strengthening the low back without weights. We help out a female racer wanting to know any special tips for her to get fit for racing. Grip is super important and here's how to supercharge it.

September is on Racers, race fans and fitness folks. Stay in close contact because where we are taking this magazine, you are going to love.

Russ
