breastfeeding and weight loss?
well ... im exclusively breastfeeding my daughter who is 2 months old ... and i cannot seem to lose weight ... I've been healthy eating from my 3rd trimester i had Gest. diabetes ... im not saying im 5'5 165 obese, but is a bit much when im usually 135. In any case ... the question is ... Why are my friends who are formula feeding drop weight, but I ... its so frustrating. I feel so miserable ... I love my curves again, but going from a size 5 to .. a 11: (If anyone has any advice.
